Workshop on Robotics

Date : 21 September, 2019 Robotics is one of the most innovative and promising technologies that is going to find its place in almost all the applications of the future. Robotics is a truly multi-disciplinary field which combines mechanical, electrical, electronics and programming domains of science. As it is our Chairman Sir’s vision “To develop sharp communication skills by providing training and organizing regular interactive sessions and workshops”. Ryan International School, Ambarnath conducted a robotic workshop on 21st September 2019 to expose students to hands-on applications of math, science, and engineering concepts. This workshop was conducted by Grey Sim Learning Foundation that aims at “experiencing science and technology through a fun way of robotics”. The workshop started with the introduction and basics of robotics. In this process of learning about robotics, students experience the practical aspects of science and technology and develop numerous skills like logical thinking, creativity, communication and self-confidence. Students were handed robotic kits and learned basic concepts through practical experience while working on it. Students not just built robots, but something greater- a passion for robotics couples with the knowledge and confidence to take on the world with their self- made machines. This hands- on learning workshop enhanced concentration and attention levels and also knowledge through creativity and fun simultaneously. Thus this workshop provided a technical platform for the students.
