Parent Orientation Program - Grades I to VIII

Date : 02 April, 2024 Education is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers, motivated students, and enthusiastic parents with high expectations.” On March 23, 2024, RISD held its Parents Orientation Program, which commenced with a spiritual invocation. The orientation was split into two sessions, with parents receiving detailed insights into the school curriculum and operations with the help of a PowerPoint presentation. Meanwhile, students indulged in a variety of activities encompassing science, mathematics, dance, and sports. The innovation lab, science experiential learning, and skating display gave an overview of the activities held in school. The pinnacle of the event was the interactive session with class teachers, who elucidated classroom methodologies, extracurricular clubs, and assessment criteria. The orientation proved successful, as parents felt at ease with the school curriculum, and all their concerns were addressed satisfactorily. Moreover, students thoroughly enjoyed the activities and expressed keen interest in joining the school soon.
