World Environment Day - June

Date : 05 June, 2024 On World Environment Day, the students were briefed about the significance of the day. In a special assembly, the principal introduced the concept of medicinal plants and their properties. She announced that every 5th of the month, a new medicinal plant would be introduced to the children, educating them about its benefits and uses. The students engaged in essay writing and speech competitions, showcasing their understanding and thoughts about environmental conservation. Students from grades VI to VIII took part in a cooking competition.. The competitions added a fun and interactive element to the learning experience, making it a memorable and impactful day for everyone involved.
