RYAN MINITHON 2024 is a remarkable initiative, taken up by Ryan International School, kulai that organized a mini-marathon as part of our dream project on 9th November 2024.
This event aims to pay tribute to all the athletes throughout India and to create an interest in sports in the minds of youth. As usual, this year too we witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 251 students of 16 different schools of Mangalore. under the aegis of Ryan Group of Institutions mentored by, chairman sir Mr. A. F Pinto and Managing Director Dr. Grace Pinto of St Xavier’s and Ryan International Group of Institutions.
Ryan Minithon 2024, the 207th race, was flagged off from Ryan International School, Mangaluru at 6.30 am by respected Raghu Naik sub-inspector, Surathkal Police Station, and Aakash Shetty physical education director and Kabaddi coach, Milagres Degree College, Hampankatta, Mangaluru.Sporty students were arrayed U- 12 to U- 14 and U-16 respectively.
The Chief Guest for the Prize Distribution Ceremony was Dr.Sunil Kumar, MD, Professor of Medicine at Srinivas Medical College, guests of Honour were Mr.Deepak C Patgar, Fireman at Pandeshwar Firestation, Mangalore, Mr.Yeshwanth KB, Lecturer, Dept. of Physical Education Mangalore, University and Mr.Ren Trevor Dias, Asst. Professor, Department of Commerce, MAHE, Manipal who were felicitated at the commencement of the prize distribution.
