Grandparents Day

Date : 04 October, 2019 Ryan International School, Sector-40, Gurugram celebrated the Grandparents Day with all its solemnity and grandeur. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. N.R.K. Sinha (Retd. Mechanical Engineer, IFFCO, Gandhinagar, Gujarat). The students celebrated Grandparents Day with abundance of respect and admiration. The day started with invocation of Lord’s blessings through Almighty’s Prayer and Bible Reading followed by special prayer for grandparents for their well-being. Melodious Ryanites sang the prayer song mellifluously and soaked the atmosphere with enthusiasm and celebrations. The series of special events were organized by the Ryanites for their beloved grandparents. Talented Ryanites put up an extraordinary show through a variety of performances followed by a series of fun games for their grandparents. The children were very excited to see their grandpa and grandma participating in the games and cheered them wholeheartedly. The grandparents were very sporty and brought out the child in them through their active participation. The fond affection for their grandchildren reflected in the very fact that they held the hands of their respective grandchild while performing some of the games. Ryan teachers were delighted to see the happiness ushering on the faces of all the grandparents who made the most of this wonderful day with their high spirits. All the games were thoughtfully planned by the teachers so as to make the special day memorable for all the grandparents.
