Republic Day Celebration RIS at Gurgaon, Sector-40

Ryan International School, Sector-40, Gurugram celebrated Republic Day with all its solemnity and grandeur through a Special Assembly. Following the path shown by Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A.F Pinto and Managing Director Madam Dr. Grace Pinto, Ryanites showcased the pride taken in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of democracy and unity. The celebration of the National occasion in this grand manner also supported our Respected Chairman Sir’s vision to help the Children understand that it is imperative for them to understand the diversified heritage and legacy of our country.

The event was graced by Major Atul Dev, Retired Army Officer and a Silver Medal awardee from a former President of India.The School Head, Ms Anju Dudeja along with the guest hoisted the National flag. Everyone present there saluted and pledged themselves to uphold the honour, integrity, diversity and uniqueness of their Nation. The programme started in patriotic ambience with prayers rendered for our country’s progress, unity and security along with prayer songs and patriotic medley. The guest of honour was warmly accorded a sincere welcome with welcome address in five languages. The young Ryanites added to the patriotic fervour with a role-play and dramatization of Freedom Fighters which highlighted their sacrifice for the Nation. The performances were deeply appreciated by the guests and Parents who encouraged the Ryanites to put forth their best in everything they do.

The ceremony showcased the efforts of the school in making future leaders by instilling in them confidence, discipline and leadership qualities. The presence of parents in the ceremony was really motivational for the students. Students from all the classes were felicitated by the guest , who donated the maximum amount to the Helpage India Foundation.

The esteemed guest motivated the students through his inspiring words and touched the heart of the spectators. Guest was thoroughly impressed by the talents of Ryanites in various spheres. He praised the Ryanites and encouraged them to continue to work with same enthusiasm and zeal.

The School Head thanked the guest and appreciated the efforts of each Ryanite who put in their hard work and diligence to make the show a success. She urged everyone to continue their love and respect for the Nation and to contribute in every possible way to preserve the rich heritage, beauty and culture of our Multifarious Nation.
