Ryan School International Rohini has changed my daughter’s overall development in a positive dimension, not only in academics but also in sports, debates, singing, craftwork, etc. The school has always helped improve her qualities. Her communication skills have also been getting better day by day. Moreover, it was never possible without the cooperation of all the respected teachers. I am grateful that my daughter is part of her dream school.
I have been working with Ryan International School since 2003. This has been a long journey of learning where I was able to identify my strengths, improve my knowledge and impart education to diverse learners. Working with young minds I have been able to become a good coordinator and a better organiser.
Every time I teach a lesson, I learn the material in a new and deeper way. I also learn so much from my students - their life experiences, insights and reactions. They see aspects all the time in the sources we use that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise – and these are awesome teaching moments.
I thank the Almighty, our founder Chairman Sir Dr A.F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam, Dr. Grace Pinto for their blessings which have helped me in imparting education, transforming the socio-cultural-economic barriers, channelizing their energies towards the productive arenas.

I have been a part of this institution for the past 24 years, and Ryan has truly helped me to develop and progress, from strength to strength. It has been a constant and gradual learning curve providing me with immense number of opportunities to not only teach and nourish beautiful hosts of students, devouring pristine and serene knowledge, but also has made me realize the very vital transition of institutions around the world, from focusing on academic progress towards the pivotal importance of all-round development, which weighs the scholastic and co-scholastic development of students equally.
Ryan is a beautiful example of an institution which serves the amalgamation of academics and co-curricular activities pleasantly to students and helps in their wholesome development. In the past 24 years that I have been teaching Hindi, the language has undergone minor tweaks and changes in its rules of vocabulary and grammar, due to the transitory nature of the language we have conditioned ourselves to. Being a teacher at Ryan has not only helped me stay updated with these changes, but has further aided me to comprehend the very roots of Hindi. It has also helped me to develop my confidence and creative skills through the innumerable activities and workshops organized throughout the year, assisting teachers about the essential methodologies of teaching.

Life is a beautiful journey if only we know how to live it. While doing the same thing continuously might be joyful for some, others might find it monotonous and boring. If you are among the latter, you know that getting out of our comfort zone is the only way humans can truly experience life.
I have been a teacher at Ryan International School, Rohini for eight years now. Over the years I have had the privilege of working with the most dedicated teachers, administrators, and staff possible.
I had chosen to be a part of this Institution because I have always been interested in promoting a different kind of classroom, a different kind of educational approach. I’m grateful to the school for not letting me have a day where I had to drag myself to the class and also incorporating with time, in me that teaching requires more than just reading notes out loud and guiding people through them rather requires reinforcement, seeking feedback and a million other things that I had never thought of.
Teaching teaches you how to properly handle sudden changes. That is because when you teach, there is no way you will allow yourself to fail. You have to be there for your students because they need your presence. Overall, teaching at Ryan’s has given me a purpose. It’s not just a job. I love the people I work with, I love the people I teach, and I love being a part of something bigger. What could be better than doing something you love that has eternal significance?
A good education can change anyone. But a good teacher can change everything. A basis, a foundation to the inside and outside of any human is widely, perceptively connected to the institution, to which it is vividly connected. As a proud Guru, embedded with my roots to this esteemed educational institute I owe in full forums - my growth, stability, my wholeness as a true human.
My school has given me wings, sustainability and showered me with a noble cause of shaping souls. My students are my reflection of pride, ace achievements and the mirror of reflection is provided by none other than Ryan Institution of Excellence. My economic survival and time of working for so many years still feels like fresh motivation. My existence, my-ongoing process of being a child...the never ending learning only makes me a proud Ryanite.
Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! This is what I learnt from the Ryan Institution in my last ten years’ working. Continued professional development for teachers is crucial for educators because their application of new knowledge and new conceptual clarity will directly affect students. I consider myself to be blessed to have been associated with such a reputed institution where the focus of development is not only on students but teachers as well. The number of wellness programs has significantly improved my physical and emotional well-being as a teacher. I feel honored to work with such professional and positive people and sincerely thank my management, school head and all the colleagues who have always motivated me to showcase my best.
How this school has helped me as a teacher? To me teaching is one of the most important jobs in the world. To make a difference in a child’s life is a huge privilege. At Ryan International School, Rohini I have learned to enhance student’s English proficiency, develop strategies and conceptual methods for maintaining an effective learning environment for my students. Indeed good classroom management has helped me to have an enriching effect on the daily lives of my students. In nutshell, I would like to express my gratitude towards the school as my unshakeable passion has helped me to be more enthusiastic, compassionate and patient in creating environment in which Ryanites feel comfortable and strive hard to achieve their goals.
I, Preeti Gandhi became a teacher to pass on the treasure of knowledge and culture of fun learning & fun pedagogy, handed over by my teachers, which has been fulfilled by Ryan International School. It gave me the opportunity to try my educational theories into practices. I got a platform to work with students in a collaborative manner. Nurturing young mind has evolved me as a better teacher and a continuous learner. Following the vision of Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F Pinto I got an opportunity to become Teachers Tetra pack Ambassador of TERI organization, and this was a great learning experience for me. I’m grateful that my school unlocked many doors for me as per my potential. Ryan creates a comfortable environment for teachers to engage with their students as well as for students to learn in a practical way.
