I am a highly dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for teaching and shaping young minds. With 34 years of experience in the field of education, my journey began in 1990 as a PRT (Primary Teacher) in a State Board school, laying the foundation for my career and igniting my passion for teaching. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in three CBSE schools, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different teaching methodologies and strategies. Since 2014, I have been serving as the Principal at Ryan International School, CBSE in Navi Mumbai. During my tenure, I successfully lead the school in shaping it into a center of excellence in education and co-curricular activities, achieving remarkable academic and co-curricular success. Under my leadership, the school receives many awards and recognitions.
One of my greatest strengths as an educator is my ability to connect with students and understand their individual needs. I believe in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and encouraged to reach their full potential. I am also actively involved in various extracurricular activities, promoting holistic development in students.
In addition to my work in the classroom and institution, I am appointed as an Observer for Board Practicals and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), sharing my knowledge and expertise with fellow educators and contributing to the growth and development of the education sector. I have successfully completed CBSE school inspections for affiliation, upgradation, and board switch for 12 schools, providing me with a deep understanding of CBSE requirements and enabling me to offer valuable guidance and support.
Throughout my career, I constantly strive for personal and professional growth, attending workshops, seminars, and training programs to stay updated with the latest educational developments. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, I continuously enhance my skills and knowledge. With 34 years of experience, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact on students' lives.
