Anju Pradeep

Ryan International School, Masdar, offers every child a special place and provides the knowledge and skills required to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
I have my two boys in Ryan, in Grade 2 and KG1. My elder son has been in this school for the last four years. Along with strong academics there are various extracurricular activities like music, dance, indoor games, football, robotics etc. The school not only emphasises on academics but also on character development. One of the best features about Ryan Masdar is that they don’t segregate specially abled children; this helps children to be compassionate and responsible towards one another and the society, a quality I have seen in my sons.
The staffs are very approachable and the teaching methodologies they adapt are wonderful. They train children to be self reliant; hence parent’s involvement even during exams is minimal.
My boys are happy to go to school and shows incredible growth in all the areas I want them to be strong in, such as academics, life skills, extracurricular activities and character. As a parent what more could I ask for…

Ms. Heba Emam

I am Heba Emam and I come from a country dreaming about achieving things in life and I found my dreams come true at Ryan International School, Masdar City which is my second home too.
My subject is altogether new for the CBSE curriculum but I and my team find pleasure and happiness not only to educate the students but also conduct Orientation Classes for the parents to acquaint them with the language. It is a great learning window that is created by the school for the Ryan Masdar community. We focus on teaching as per the directives laid by the MOE (Ministry of Education) and we follow Arabic for Non –Arab students. Our teaching methodology focuses on bringing out the creativity of the students and making them confident of whatever they learn. We do a lot of investigative learning which is well supported by differentiation in teaching. Outdoor exposures are always aligned with their academics so that students enjoy a rich and extensive experience.

I’m Yana, working in Ryan International School, Masdar City as a French Teacher and I come from Russia. This is the first time for me to be associated with an Indian Curriculum school– CBSE and I must admit that in the spirit of internationalism, we celebrate cultural diversity of our multi-national community in an atmosphere of respect and tolerance and I am so well accepted in the Ryan Family. I love my school and my students.

Ms.Saba Asif

My name is Saba Asif. I belong to Pakistan. I have been teaching as a Kindergarten teacher at Ryan International School, Masdar City since 2017. We follow best practices of EYFS (Early Years Foundation School) blended with Ryan pattern of teaching aimed to enhance the skills of students through innovative, experimental and differential learning. Our themes are planned for hands-on real-life experiences and they support outdoor and class activities to provide growth of small muscles whilst drawing, cutting, coloring and writing. The school infrastructure is so well planned to fit the needs of the students. We provide a platform through assemblies and monthly competitions where students showcase their talents. Children are encouraged by giving well-done cards and star of the month.

Ms. Umra Banu

Ryan International School, Masdar City has made a large impact on my choice to continue working at this organization. The level of care and trust that the administration has in their teachers is so unique and special. You will feel loved, supported, and cheered on from the moment you sign on the line. I can list many occasions where I have fully enjoyed my dancing and doing fun with my colleagues.
As a first year teacher, I felt extremely supported by the staff. I also felt confident that I would be given room to grow as an educator. It feels great to be part of a group that takes meaningful steps towards turning our philosophy and values into action. This is an organization that not only says they care about work-life balance, but is willing to put these words into action. School completely focuses on 21st century learning skills for students. Smart board learning builds information technology skills for students. Amazing platform for students to explore themselves.
