As a parent of two kids, daughter in Std VII and son passed out in 2019, I have very closely seen the school grow for the last 12 years. It gives me immense pleasure to
voice out my personal experience about this great institution and the teaching staff. As I have been associated with Ryan Bannerghatta since the last 12 years, I have interacted with so many teachers and Principal and never ever have I felt that my kids are NOT growing intellectually, rather I have seen a great transformation in the personality of my kids day by day. The school and its teaching staff have always been very supportive for
overall development of my kids.
I joined Ryan Bannerghatta in the year 2011 as a Montessori Teacher. Truly speaking, I didn’t realize that I have already completed nine years in the school! Since I come from a family which is heavily involved in the teaching profession, probably this could be a reason why I am also very passionate about teaching. On the contrary to many beliefs, I personally think teaching is one of the most challenging professions one can have. Not only are you responsible for feeding a child with all the correct information, you are also responsible to the society for shaping a child into a good citizen. In order to successfully meet this challenge, you must have a great passion and dedication. This association of nine years with Ryan Bannerghatta has taught me to become a good teacher/mentor/guide and I can proudly say this because I have seen the love and affection in the eyes of colleagues, parents, staff as well as children whom I have taught.
I have been working in this esteemed organization for the past 10 years. I have chosen to be a part of Ryan International School because I am interested to promote a different kind of classroom, a different kind of educational approach. I want the students to feel empowered and have control of the newly acquired information to strengthen their own personalities. When a student is confident, he/she can stand up and express an opinion in a considerate but determined way, supporting it with facts. Ryan International Group of Institution has given us such a wonderful platform to serve and give the best. Being a Ryan teacher is a different environment than you ever have experienced. The level of care and trust that the administration has in their teachers is absolutely unique and special. I feel honored to work with such professional and positive people. In this journey of 10 years I have never felt unsupported or alone. There has always been someone to turn to for help or advice. Since the moment I joined, I felt like I am a part of this family. The entire team works together with gratitude to make sure that students are getting the best quality of education and community. This is an organization that not only says they care about work-life balance, but is willing to put these words into action. I am really grateful to be a part of this wonderful Institution.
