Being a Ryan teacher is the most different environment I have ever experienced. The level of care and trust that the administration and management have in their teachers is so unique and special. You will feel loved, supported and cheered from the moment you sign on the line. While I just started working with Ryan in 2012, I have never felt so motivated and empowered to teach. Ryan is an impressive organisation that makes educators feel supported and equipped in their efforts to change lives. I feel Honored to work with such professional and positive people. Integrity is a very important value to me and I feel right at home amongst the staff at Ryan International School. I feel like I have grown more in the first quarter of the year than I didn't my last years of teaching. I am not afraid to try new ideas that are adapted with our respected chairman sir Dr. Augustine F. Pinto’s 12 vision points because I know there is a family to fall back on and learn from. The community here is astounding and there are always people willing to support you in anything you need . As a Ryan teacher I have felt the Holistic education and the training that students get from the school is very unique. Ryan's own QAT team trained faculty mould the future champions of India in a very systematic way. The values and culture they gain from Ryan will be the light before their life path.

I am Rani Cheriyachan, working at Ryan International School, Cochin for the past 5 months. I am really thankful to you Madam for giving me such an opportunity to be a part of RIS Cochin, and also to all my friendly and helpful colleagues, The teaching experience which I have here is really enjoyable and I have here is really enjoyable and I have learnt a lot from RIS. The main thing which I have to point out is the activities conducted at school. It is a creative and interesting way of learning, which helps the students to improve in curricular and co-curricular areas. I could improve my teaching skills by adding more teaching aids and by making the Maths and Science class more interesting and fun for the students. ‘Prayer is the key to success’ RIS helps the students to develop spiritually. Ris is having a unique way in conducting the assembly. ‘Praise and worship’ is the lovable part in that which was new to me. I really enjoy it. The sense of community involvement and enthusiasm of Ryanites is mention worthy. Thank you RIS for providing me such a wonderful experience in my teaching career.

I have been working in Ryan International School, Cochin for the last two years. Working at Ryan has been the best decision. The working environment is fabulous. I got to learn a lot of things which also helped me to develop my personality and my skills in teaching. Ryan school is all round development and excellence in education. It is not only a school, a place for learning but it is also a home in many ways. The part I love most about Ryan school is seeing children smile when they go home and hearing them say “Today was an awesome day” or I love this school-100 percent”. Here the teaching methods and techniques are so good. Children are more creative, and they have the ability to find the answers easily. By applying the ‘learning to think’ concept it becomes mandatory for each student to develop and utilize the skills of effectively expressing their thoughts, opinions and perspectives. We teachers encourage every student to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with fellow classmates through team work. Our Institution provides a learning environment that focuses on all round development of the child.

I have been a teacher at Ryan International School for two years. Ryan International School is one of the finest schools in Kerala and all across the world. It has not only academic knowledge to impart but also moulds the young minds spiritually and morally, giving the students a complete formation of a bright citizen to be. I find it an honour to be a part of such an esteemed institution, where the students as well as the teacher’s growth are kept in mind. I have been handling English and Social Studies for classes 6th and 7th and 8th respectively. A creative outlook is first imbibed in the teachers and the same zeal is taught to be imparted to students as well. I have been working and learning at the same time. It makes teachers feel supported and equipped in their efforts to change lives. I have contributed to the academics of the students and also have worked for them to be better individuals and eventually better citizens. I have seen children change for the better. My biggest achievement was to find a difference in the behavior and academics of the students. I truly believe that a good teacher becomes great when she knows how to teach her students and not stick to the monotonous teaching methods. Ryan has empowered me to be such a teacher.

What prompted me to put my appreciation for the job in Ryan International School was its motto “Excellence in Education and all round development”. The school provides full support to the students to identify, improve, learn and polish their skills and
talents. Being part of this institution, I have felt motivated and empowered to teach with effective time management. The observations and tips given by officials are a breakthrough which keeps me on my toes and energises with new ideas. The Vision and Mission of Chairman Sir are of course the guiding light and beacon but the emphasis on Lord’s prayer and bible reading in the school assembly fills me with a lot of spiritual upliftment. Integrity is a very important value and I feel the atmosphere in the school oozes integrity and excellence which is highly refreshing. There is a sense of unity to work for a mission that truly can be made a reality. I look forward to continuing working here. I believe I would be given a room to grow as an educator as per my qualification and experience with required remunerations. It feels great to be part of a group that is well organized and takes meaning but the step is towards turning philosophy and values in to action.
