Honourable Ryan Staff, I am Komal Malhotra, mother of Akshit Malhotra, Class – Montessori-III & Bhavya Malhotra, Class- III. I would like to express my appreciation for the love, support, guidance and much more that the school has done for my children. My sons are a part of the Ryan Family for the last 6 years and Ryan is doing much more than any school can do. The School has not only made my children excellent in academics but also developed their overall personality. You feel fortified socially, professionally & emotionally if your inner self keeps you in high regard. This is the treasure which my 16 years at Ryan has given me. My career as an English Teacher at Ryan, Ludhiana has been so fulfilling. I have shared my learning with my students, so that they imbibe, they learn and they perform well in their academics which has enabled many of them to reach good positions today, in India and abroad. From preparing lessons, questions bank, grading papers, planning activities, finding new methodologies, attending conferences & workshops, Ryan has taught me all. The feeling that my students will benefit from these, gives me positivity and keeps me charged. Apart from academics, soft skills are extremely important nowadays. I have trained my students on that front as well, because I know that a teacher’s impact goes beyond classrooms.
Warm Greetings! I am Harpreet Kaur Sawhney. My journey as a teacher started many years ago, when I was appointed as a nursery teacher and I started my service in this esteemed institution in the year 2003. With each passing year, I got promoted to higher grades. Today I am teaching English Class IX. When it comes to what I learnt from this Institution, the list becomes endless. I learnt the nuances of communication both written and spoken, use of technology, designing creative worksheets. Working continuously for 17 years in an environment which is scientific, objective and research driven made me a systematic thinker. It has made my transitions smooth, fair and systematic. All these helped me in making the right decision both in my personal as well as professional life.
It has been wonderful working at Ryan for so many years. In service training sessions and workshops help in enhancing the skills of teachers. With each passing year, we become more proficient and skilful. I owe my progress in this profession to the school and the variety of programmes organised by the management. I give my best to my students so that they get good subject knowledge and deliver their best. I continuously motivate them to shed their inhibitions and become confident students.
I, Ritu Arora, have been working in Ryan International School Jamalpur Ludhiana since 2009. I joined this institution as a P.R.T teacher. During the journey from 2009 to 2020, I have learnt many things from Ryan, as learning is a lifelong process. Students’ love and respect earned during this journey is my wealth. Ryan is a very good platform for all round development of not only students, but for teachers also. I enjoyed teaching the students as well as learning from them. Team work, self confidence, collaborative work to instill core values in students is the objective of a dedicated team of teachers here. The administration, teachers, parents and students all have a connection and a bond which unites us. As a part of the Ryan family I feel proud and happy.
I am Triveni Mehndiratta, working as a Montessori Teacher. My journey as a teacher started 7 years ago when I joined this esteemed institution in the year 2013. When it comes to what I have learnt from this institution, the list becomes endless. While I started working, I felt so motivated and empowered to teach. I never felt alone or unsupported. I have been technologically equipped with new methodologies of teaching and designing creative worksheets. I feel honoured to work with such professional and positive people. Staff here works together with gratitude to make sure students are getting the best quality of education.
