I hope this letter finds you in good health. It was the time of our son’s school life in 2016 at your school and now he is in second standard. We are writing this letter to show our sincere appreciation to Ryan School management for having the most honorable and superb principal, bringing faculty and for all the efforts you put in for making this school even greater. We want to thank principal ma’am for making school such a positive experience for our son Gurbaaz Singh and all children. With all your teachers patience, care, creativity and love you made a great difference for all of our children. They dealt with studies in an empirical manner by experiments and observation which made students love studies rather than running from it. Your school directed them to trust themselves and to become all that they dream with sincere appreciation.
I am so pleased and honored to be part of Ryan International School, Mohali from the inception of the school. The school started in the session of 2012-13 and I have seen significant growth in myself and students. Apart from academics the school provided the students with visual learning experiences through smart board and digital app. Various platforms like BBN, YD, INMUN as well as international trips provided by the school not only enhance the learning experience of the students but also opens the window of learning for the teachers as well. Teaching at Ryan Mohali has been more than imparting knowledge it has been inspiring change

It is matter of proud for me to be part of Ryan Family since last eight years. I want to thank my whole Ryan Family, Chairman Sir Dr Augustine Pinto, madam grace pinto for make me think always that how can I make my skill more effective than before. They always taught me to work as a member of the students instead of only a teacher. With the grace of Lord Jesus our Ryan students continue to achieve a lot in different games like skating, football, cricket, chess, yoga etc. Ryan we teach at Mohali school think about how we could make our students not only a good employee but a good person of our society, our country. The school always motivates students to take part in different activities with their study for their overall growth. I the teaching experience at Ryan has been an enriching one the constant motivation and support provided by on mentors Respected Chairman Dr A. F Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto has always encouraged me to make my skills more effective than before.

My journey with Ryan International School (RIS) has been enormous and striking. I have to say that it has transformed my life. The school has positive vibes that makes it a beautiful shelter not only for students but also for Teachers & support staff. I really feel a very healthy and engaging environment around me. This noble place drives & motivate me every day to come here & nurture the young minds in the best possible way.
Teaching at RIS has been a great experience that I would ever be grateful and thankful to the management. Here I learnt that number of years of work experience is not that counts, it’s the quality one possesses through their learning experience. Here I enjoyed the freedom of teaching by making use of varied innovative teaching & learning techniques. RIS always tried to laid a strong foundation by providing an open platform for students to learn in a more practical and interesting way.
I personally received positive support from each department of the school viz Principal, teachers and other support staff.
The best thing about RIS is that every member here is treated respectfully and welcomed at the same pace. Our strength is our “Team Work”. At any given situation you can seek help from your colleagues, they are extremely cooperative.
My sincere thanks to RIS for accepting me to be part of their prestigious organization. I will always cherish these beautiful memories, learning experience and the wonderful people I met here till the time I am working here and also throughout my life.

Teaching at Ryan has been an enjoyable experience. It gives me immense happiness to see that various learning techniques and used have laid a strong foundation for students to learn in a more practical and interesting way. Activity based learning is an important feature of this institution. It is not just a school but also a home, a beautiful shelter for the students as well as the teachers and support staff. This positive environment motivates me to come to the school and teach the students every day.
Teaching senior students used to be a difficult task and thus, I had to teach according to their psychology. This is just one of the many experiences that have helped me develop my skills and evolve myself further as a teacher. I owe all these educating experiences to the school itself. As an Environment Club in charge I learnt a lot conducting environmental activities in school premises as well as nearby areas with students.
The educational system is based on the 12 visions became a part of routine points given by our respected Chairman Sir Dr. A.F. Pinto which helps in the all-round development of the child. I would like to thank Ryan International School, Mohali for letting me be a part of the school. I will be forever grateful for this opportunity.

I have been teaching at Ryan International School, Mohali from the last 7 years and I have enjoyed it completely. Being a RIS teacher is a different experience all together. The level of care and trust that the administration has in their teachers is so unique and special. The Wellness Program has had an extremely positive impact on my life.
I was able to promote a different kind of classroom, a different kind of educational approach. I believe that the children can be the main participants in class, the ones who discover the knowledge, while the teachers channel their efforts in the right direction. I want the students to feel empowered and have control of the newly acquired information. I want them to strengthen their own characters and diversify their own personalities.
When a student is confident, he or she can stand up and express an opinion in a considerate but determined way, support it with facts. This is what our society needs and we, as teachers, have to help our students build it.
I have been able to improve my tech skills and improve classroom management. Every day you meet students who have varied interest. There is an increased diversity. It has made my teaching fulfilling and more challenging by creating higher standard of practice. Ryan Mohali has not only helped its students but also the teachers.
