About
St. Xavier’s High School (Ryan International Group of Institutions) is not simply a school, but is a laboratory of excellent products.
I find the way they nurture kids and make them responsible citizens really appreciable. The way both my princesses are growing and maturing with the help of the school is excellent. The best thing about the school is that here every child gets an opportunity to bloom, to flourish. They not only complete the curriculum, but also imbibe life building skills in students as habits, so that they look different, feel different and perform differently. They become creators, not merely followers. I personally feel, if our children right from the very beginning, learn the fundamentals of success in their lives, they will never fail in the future. Here at Xavier’s, the school does it for them. Physically, intellectually, morally and professionally, my children are growing. They are learning to embrace challenges, and come up as winning warriors and move on to grow more and more and more.
This is such an immense pleasure for us, only we can feel it as parents. My kids are growing in safe hands. My Husband I are one hand & the other one is the school, St. Xavier’s.
I am Sujita Mukherjee, (M.A. B.Ed Eng Lit). I have been teaching in St. Xavier’s High School, MIDC Branch, Nagpur, since 1997. I felt like a part of the family. The management, teachers, parents and students have a bond of togetherness, which keeps us united under a goal of all-round development and excellence in education.
Since the moment I joined here, it has improved my physical and emotional well-being. This school gave me great ways to enhance my abilities through various activities included in the curriculum. The orientation programme has had an extremely positive impact on my life. I am grateful to my school for training me for the CELA (Cambridge English Language Assessment) FCE Course.
Over the years, I feel like I have grown more, and able to contribute my best to provide good students and good citizens to this great country.
“Any experience that results from the interaction of an individual with the environment, and which involves the individual constantly manipulating and shaping the environment can be called art of living”.
My journey at St. Xavier’s High School, Hingna has been spectacular and overwhelming. Working at St. Xavier’s helped me develop as an individual holistically as I got to experience different aspects of teaching, caregiving and interactions which broadened my view on an entirety. The systematic approach that is followed at school level, made my transition into the system so effortless and at the same time, challenging. What is more important is the quality that one possesses through the learning experience. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching by making use of varied learning techniques. It laid a strong foundation by providing an open platform for students to learn in a more practical and interesting way.
I personally received positive support from each section of the school, be it the administration, teachers or the support staff. After being part of the SXHS family for 3 years, I am glad that I made the decision to move and teach here.
I feel honored to work for India's premier educational brand, Ryan International Group of Institutions. Being a part of St Xavier’s High School helped me explore the versatile opportunities and grow professionally. The management offers tremendous opportunities to the teachers to utilize creativity, zeal and enthusiasm for making learning a productive one. The management, Principal, teachers and the entire staff rigorously work for enabling holistic development of the students. The school not only focuses on academic excellence, but provides exposure to different activities and competitions on school level, state level, national and international level to students, to bring them out of their comfort zone, develop their personality, find their strength and sharpen their skill and passion. It is my privilege to be a part of this institution.
“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative, expression and knowledge”

A glorious journey of 25 years as a teacher.
As the Finnish proverb goes, “From small beginnings could come great things“. St. Xavier’s High School was started in 1992-93 by the Honorable Chairman Sir, Dr. Augustine Francis Pinto and Managing Director Madam, Grace Pinto. They had a vision to give the best opportunity to the children to get the best education and the all round development of children.
I, Mrs. Matilda Das, started my journey in this institution in the year 1992-93. The school was at Ambazari road, Nagpur with 600 to 700 children and classes from Montessori One to standard four, where teachers could devote individual attention to each student. This was the perfect way to accomplish the vision of our honorable Chairman Sir. As word of mouth spread, St. Xavier’s High School began to flourish by the grace of Almighty God and we were required to relocate the school to bigger premises at Ambazari Lake, view side. St. Xavier’s high school maintained its original ideal of one to one attention for each child which bought fruitful results with the students bringing laurels to the school in academics, sports, and other extracurricular activities, which again demanded a need to expand the school in vast widespread premises at MIDC, Hingna Road, with large number of students, and the classes today have been extended to junior college. St. Xavier’s High School is based on individualized education, strong leadership and values.
It is the place where children can feel safe, respected, valued and loved. Here students are encouraged to explore their full potential and reach the heights of success. Students here are happy and enthusiastic learners and strive to be the best they can be.
This institution is run under the able guidance of Honorable Chairman Sir, Dr. Augustine Francis Pinto and Director Madam, Grace Pinto who are truly blessed and had been a guiding star and mentor to this Institution. They have inculcated the values of life and gratitude towards the Almighty God in each person who is part of St. Xavier’s High School. They are the beacon of St. Xavier’s Group of Institutions.
I personally feel blessed working under the able guidance of Sir and Madam Grace Pinto who have a dynamic personality and are always motivational and inspirational and have an aura of positivity which spreads happiness, hope, confidence in all the people around them. I am falling short of words to thank Madam and Sir who had encouraged me always and only because of them I could complete gracious 26 years of service in this prestigious Institution and feel blessed to be a part of it.
I thank all their management, staff and students, especially Madam Grace Pinto our beloved Managing Director who always encouraged me and gave me the opportunities and freedom to fulfill the goals of this Institution. My special thanks to both the teaching and non-teaching staff and every single person who is related to this school.
No words of mine can ever convey the amount of gratitude I owe Honorable Chairman Sir and Madam Grace Pinto for being my inspiration, for giving me the opportunity to be their staff.
Let us be grateful to the people who make our life happy. They are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.
