Dear Madam,
We are writing to share how glad we are to watch our girl blossom over the years while she is with Ryan International School, Patiala. Our daughter, Jugaad Kaur Sidhu, joined
RIS in 2010 and is now in class VIII. We express our most heartfelt gratitude to the school for the love, care and education she has received through primary school years. Over these years we have observed camaraderie and team spirit amongst the school staff and it demonstrates the school’s resolve to work as one to nurture the students.
Madam, we congratulate you for your leadership and guidance in developing the ethos of the school, inspiring the students in myriad ways and giving them hope and enthusiasm for excelling at everything they undertake and for providing a stimulating environment for students and teachers alike. Your ceaseless and painstaking efforts in a sharing safety of students inside and outside of school and during transportation are commendable. Students of RIS are fortunate to have dedicated educators nurturing and guiding them, both in the academic pursuits as well as overall character development. Whilst academic performance is definitely prioritised by RIS, equal efforts are put in for inducing character, physical strength, leadership, sportsmanship, social responsibility, empathy, moral and cultural values in students. The commitment to allay parents’ concern shows the school’s commitment to students well-being. We are confident that whichever field he/she stands, every RIS student will bring honour to the profession, family and country. We see that RIS is a second home to a doctor as she doesnt#39;t settle until she has shared all the daily happenings of school with us- hilarious incidents, learning experiences, challenges, adventures and fun that she has schoolmates and teachers. Inherently shy, Jugaad confidently represents herself on every oratory platform. This self-assurance has
been instilled in her by the school. Having been continuously encouraged to read since
Montessori Jugaad is a well-read child and her growing knowledge base surprises us
everyday and makes us proud. Words cannot express how RIS has contributed to her
growth. Identifying the capabilities and needs of each child and working on them with
focused efforts is a trademark of RIS.
We salute the willingness of the entire RIS to give their ‘all’ for the sake of our children.
"Teacher is the epitome of knowledge and wisdom.” The day I came here was probably the luckiest as it would go on to write the course of my life. It’s been an amazing journey so far and I have relished every bit of it. I can’t quite fathom how much I have been able to achieve in such a short span.
The masterful feast of our mentors have created an amazing wonderland where teachers and students can enjoy and learn alike.
Working in Ryan is a wonderful learning experience for me as I gained confidence and will forever be grateful for the knowledge and skills that I have gained which has learned so much that has helped me become a better professional and a better person. Ryan educators feel supported and equipped in their efforts to change lives and make sure students are getting the best quality of education and community.
The best things I have learnt as a teacher in this institution are patience, persistence and management of handling students. Teaching is my passion, it gives me enjoyment and knowledge of learning new methods of teaching every day. I am thankful for the constant guidance given to me by my mentors for my professional growth.
Ryan I have learnt to inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill a love of learning. When I see myself after 10 years of service here, I find myself more organised, disciplined and confident as it has helped in polishing my communication skills and classroom management skills. The institution has shaped me into the determined person that I am today and has helped me in developing physically, emotionally and socially.
My journey at Ryan has enlightened me at both personal and professional level to embellish my talents, helping to inculcate the same into my students in a better way. I could see a remarkable change in my personality from the initial years. I am grateful to my excellent Mentors for guiding and encouraging me on the right path.
It is my profound privilege to be part of the Ryan Group of Institutions from the past 11 years. It enlightened me at both personal and professional level to rediscover the new horizons in my life. It also equipped me to guide students to attain maximum utilization of their potential and groomed me for my overall professional development.
