I am extremely thankful to the faculty of Ryan International School, Shahjahanpur for providing students with a virtual learning environment where students feel connected to their teachers round the clock even when they are at a distance. We really appreciate the efforts of teachers who pay attention to over 40 students at the same time. Hats off to the hard work and dedication of teachers, the linchpin of these highly appreciable online classes. The most praiseworthy part is that the school is regularly organizing events like GD’s, debate competitions, celebrity interactive sessions etc. rightfully keeping the flame of "All Round Development" ignited. With due respect, I feel honored to express my gratitude to Respected Chairman Sir – Dr. A.F. Pinto and MD Madam Grace Pinto for providing Constant guidance and opportunities of growth. Continuous motivation and encouragement given by Principal Ms. Varsha Agarwal worked as a guiding force to move forward and meet deadlines with a positive outlook. I am also thankful for providing me multidimensional opportunities and challenges which have helped me improve my leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. Getting trained for imparting quality education during this pandemic is the result of Micro teaching training provided by School Management which has added to my knowledge and skills of using tech tools and has helped me become a proficient online trainer. It’s my privilege to share a humble note of gratitude to our esteemed organization Ryan Group of Institutions, for training me as a guide to my students. My experiences with Ryan are an amalgam of challenges accepted and lessons learned. With each dawn it has enriched me with a positive perspective and a character that excelled me as a Teacher. Virtual classes have helped me develop my communication skills while interacting with students. It has also motivated me to utilize different learning styles and modes while being at a distance. With your constant support and guidance, I have learned to be the cheerleader capable of helping students overcome their fears by providing them relevant solutions academically & morally.
I have been working with Ryan International School, Shahjahanpur since April 2009. I want to express my sincere thanks to Sir and Madam for their constant guidance and support. By bringing Ryan to this small town you have made a big difference in the lives of many students, parents and teachers. Today I feel proud to be a part of the organization which has constantly strengthened me at every step and enriched me with meaningful experiences. The creative and positive environment of the Institute helped me to work positively as a Librarian of the school and introduce myself to the book world immensely. During all the times of my services I was constantly shadowed under your bright visions and values. I promise to continue my services in a dedicated manner and help the organization in shaping new generations.
I would reverently like to state that I have been working as a Biology teacher for the last 10 years. It is a matter of great honor and privilege for me to share my experience being a part of an esteemed group dedicated to meet not only the education needs of children but also all-round development maintaining a high degree of interest.
I hold an M.Sc. (Honors) Botany degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar with B.Ed. from CSJM University, Kanpur. I have also qualified the CTET conducted by CBSE to ensure quality education in schools across the country. Some of my highlights and accomplishments include facilitating a consistent and predictable learning environment where students are constantly guided and motivated to chase their dreams. At Ryan an effective professional development enables educators to develop the knowledge and skills they need to address a child’s learning challenges. With your kind support and valuable guidance, it is possible to build a good student-teacher and parent-teacher relationship to evaluate the progress and update parents about their ward’s performance. I am thankful to you for providing me with ample opportunities to groom my skills and meet student’s needs.

Working at Ryan International School has been the greatest reward of my life. l am thankful to Lord Almighty for providing me the opportunity to express my gratitude and feel obliged towards respected Sir and Madam for choosing me to be the part of Ryan family. It's been years working here and every day has been like a new learning experience. Getting to work as a kindergarten teacher is one of the best experiences of my life. My job as a teacher was not only to teach them alphabets or simple numbers but to imbibe within them the values woven with a character.
With every experience, l endeavored to improve my effectiveness in school lesson plans. The creative outlook of the institution helped me to work positively and present myself as a vibrant employee who is ready to accept, help and excel in all realms. It gives me immense satisfaction to see my students learn new things and get involved with various oratory and fun activities. My special acknowledgement to esteemed Management who had been a strong support to me during my rough days. I feel blessed working with Ryan and nurturing students with holistic thoughts.
