About
We are the parents of Parth Sapra from Grade III and Harshika Sapra from Grade VI A. We feel blessed to have their lovely School journey with Xavier's School. The teachers who had taught our Children are truly remarkable. We would like to convey our Heartfelt Appreciation to all Teachers for their priceless Efforts, Understanding, Support, Guidance and Contribution towards our Children’s Progress. They have given a lifetime impact to both of them. They had personally shared with us Admiration and Appreciation of these teachers. Their Dedication and Patience has enabled our children to receive positive Educational Experiences throughout their Primary School journey with Xavier's. The teachers are an Epitome of promoting inclusivity in Education. We are Sincerely Thankful to the School’s Management for giving a Supportive Platform for the teachers to excel in making a difference in our Children's Academic and Holistic Education. Once again, Thank You St. Xavier's High School and God bless.
I am Sunita Mishra and have been working in St. Xavier's High School, Vapi since the past 11 years. And these years have made me into a better version of myself, they have helped me to Strengthen the skills that I had and have also helped me to build new ones. These years have had a lot of ups and downs but the support of the management has kept me going. I started as a Teacher and now I am the Mont & Primary Supervisor. The journey from being a Teacher to a Supervisor has been Instructive and Developing. After June 2016 , I was not only a Teacher but a Supervisor , which means I perform two duties simultaneously, from Teaching to Managing the School it has aided me, while it taught me to maintain the balance at the Administrative Staff without compromising the wisdom I need to impart to the students. It has not only gifted me with Exceptional Managerial Abilities but has also taught me to ensure that I recount the qualities and knowledge to the students and manage the Office at the same time. It is said that a person doesn't recognizes his abilities until he's exposed to certain circumstances which compels him to make use of them , I feel it’s very true , the challenges whether it is about teaching the Secondary Section or Managing Primary Section or dealing to teach online, it has helped me to be more responsible, confident and more importantly has helped me to build and improve my Leadership Skills. While the Ryan slogan teaches me to believe in myself, The Management and my Colleagues have encouraged me and have assisted me to improve my efficiency and have been supportive in all situations. The present situation is against us, dealing with Covid-19 has been tough but the togetherness has helped us to face it better. Teaching online is challenging yet has aided me to learn new skills and I am a fast learner and I am ready to take challenges and make the most of them. Being hardworking is an essential ability that makes us persistent and determinant and I ought to never lose it.
Being a part of St. Xavier’s High School since 2005 is one of the biggest reasons for my happiness and what makes me feel proud is that I am a part of “Ryan International Group Of Institution”. When I first joined this school, I had no idea what teaching is really like until I began to teach. I discovered it is the most rewarding feeling when students understand something, make a connection, or are engaged because of something I said or did. The key to teaching for me is preparation. Planning kept me organized and focused, and all these I acquired by working with this group. The journey of 15 years in this group has been very rewarding for me from being a teacher to the Secondary Section Head.
Here, I Ms. Lina Lokhande take this opportunity to express my Sincerest Gratitude to the Great and Exemplary service to the spread of Education in the Nation, Honourable Chairman Sir and Managing Director Madam of RYAN GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS have masterfully created a chain of World Class Schools all across the nation where thousands of Children shape their character and bright future. When I was first offered the opportunity to teach primary students in the school, I thought it would be a great experience. I knew it would look good on my resume. I knew that I would probably learn a lot. I learned that teaching requires more than just reading notes out loud and guiding people through them. It requires Reinforcement, Seeking Feedback, and a million other things that I had never thought of. I am very honored to work under the guidance of Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A F PINTO. Sir, your 12 Visions that include – values, Human Resource Development, Education, Sports, Art and Culture, Environment, Healthy living, Finance, Philanthropy, Entrepreneurship, Media, and Leadership has covered all the necessities that are required in a person to grow themselves as a Powerful Human Being, who not only brings a change in the personality but also can help the nation grow. These 12 vision points have helped me to widen my horizon of thinking.

I would like to express how grateful I am for the mentorship given me at this Institution over the past year. Having the opportunity to learn from this Institute has made a substantial change in my career. When I first began working, I never imagined I would be able to make as much progress as I have. What I have experienced and learned from St. Xavier’s High School, Vapi has helped me a lot to be a responsible person. The values and the tradition that are pursued at the SXHS have made me stronger in all aspects of my life.
