I express my heartfelt gratitude towards the mentor and the school management for providing our child not only with quality education, but also with the overall development of his personality in an amicable atmosphere. I have been a part of this prestigious Institution since 2008. School is called a temple of knowledge. The process of learning is not only for students, but also for teachers or any individual person. Our Chairman Sir Dr. A.F. Pinto and Managing Director Dr. Grace Pinto attribute divine inspiration and guidance behind the spirit of vision. This institution has always shown love for humanity, unflinching commitment to make excellence in education. Our motto is to provide education to each and every child in the world. Apart from social activities, our institution provides many educational trips to make children all-rounder. Today Xavierites are setting up a benchmark not only in the field of education but also in the field of sports, media, entertainment and many more. I feel proud that I belong to one of the best institutions of our country and proudly say I am a proud Xavierite teacher for which my heart is filled with gratitude towards my school.
During the first 2 years as class teacher I experienced major changes in my life. When I joined St. Xavier’s High School I was just a fresher but under the guidance of our Chairman Sir Dr. A.F. Pinto and our Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto, I was able to feel the zeal, the vision behind the chain of Xavier’s Group of Institutions. It defines how the school management along with the staff, passionately work to infuse life skills, appropriate for Indian and International cultural environment into a student’s personality, enhancing education and knowledge.
St. Xavier’s is an amalgamation of academics, theatre, art, debating, scientific approach, games, and numerous other activities which nurture the inherent talent and potential of young minds. Together the staff and management have achieved success in the form of Achievers and through teamwork and collaboration of wonderful prayers and worship.

I started working in 2013 in the Shantinagar Jabalpur branch. The level of care and trust that the administration has in their teacher is so unique and special. I feel loved, supported and cheered right from the moment I have joined. Integrity is a very important value for me and I feel right at home amongst the staff at the school. Xavier’s group of schools is organized and united under a mission that they truly carry out in the everyday. From the moment when I was hired by the institution, I have been feeling like a part of the family. Xavier’s is a vast family and I have decided to work hard for all over development of students. I am very grateful to respected Chairman Sir. Dr. A.F .Pinto and Managing Director Madam. Grace Pinto who selected me to be a part of their Xavier family.

Here, I have learnt several innovative and meaningful activities. I am proud to say that each and every mentor and faculty here is provided with an opportunity to bring their ideas and views. These ideas are inculcated & executed for the betterment of the child and his development, as well as for the growth of school. The best part of St. Xavier’s is that at the end of the session they conduct “Graduation Cum Annual Day” which is to enhance the spirit, power, moral values of our M-III kids, who all have completed Mont. & taken a step forward. This is the place for learning, sharing, and building together.
