'E-learning' is the way forward as an essential aspect of education system. This is going to continue to remain as the top priority in the K-12 sector. Also blended learning model of merging classroom engagement with an e-learning support system will enrich the K12 teaching-learning space.
Our past experience with learning technologies with Microsoft and Google, as also our in-house tool PLATO (Personal Learning & Assessment Tool) helped us in this. We also noticed a good rate of attendance among the students, with above 85 % from Montessori to Grade 12.
Notwithstanding the effects of the pandemic, at Ryan Group we made quick changes to our existing learning model to incorporate live classes for Mont- Grade 12, various forms of video-based teaching methods, EdTech tools, access to homework via the app, specially trained educators, online coaching for music, arts and craft, media programs and many other exclusive features.
Here’s what our Ryanites and Parents have to say about the 21st century way of teaching and learning.
Ryanite Sourish along with his family members are currently stranded in Germany. While practicing social distancing, Sourish felt low for not being able to meet his friends. This made him feel disappointed.
With the launch of Ryan E-Learning program, Sourav Srivastav talks about how Sourish now enjoys his online classes, interacting with his classmates & teachers and spends time doing productive learning tasks.
He also extends heartfelt thanks to the teachers who factored in the time difference between India and Germany for while conducting the classes.
