All our kids since nursery up to 10th std. were part of your institution. We are extremely happy and pleased by all the ethos of the school which aspires to identify capability in every child and provides them a platform to showcase their talents by increasing their self-confidence and inner strength. Not only teaching but also, focusing on the overall development of a child. Which made each of our kids a better person? And gave them a bright future where today they all stand on their own feet and make their families proud. The Management Staff are very approachable open to suggestions. My journey at Ryan has been spectacular and overwhelming. The school has positive vibes that makes it a beautiful shelter for not only students but also for the teachers and the support staff. You feel a very healthy and engaging environment around you. I am motivated to come to school every day, a driving force that tells you there’s so much you need to give to this noble place. Nurture the young minds in the best possible way through discipline and importance of sports. Teaching at Ryan has been a great experience that I would ever be grateful and thankful to the school management. Here I learnt number of years of work experience is not that counts. What is more important is the quality one possesses through their learning experience. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching by making use of varied learning techniques. I learnt so much from Inter year teaching. It has laid a strong foundation by providing an open platform for students can learn in a more practical and interesting way. I personally received positive support from each section of the school be it the administration, teachers, students, parents or the support staff .The best thing about Ryan is every member at Ryan is treated respectfully and welcomed at the same pace. Our strength is our “Team Work”. At any given situation you can seek help from your colleagues, they are extremely cooperative. My sincere thank you to Ryan for accepting me to be part of their organization. I will always cherish the beautiful memories, learning experience and the wonderful people I met here.

It does not fear when heat comes its leaves are always green: it has no worries and never fails to bear fruits. Jeremiah 17:7-8 with these beautiful words of lord I would thank Lord Almighty for guiding me into this noble profession and Ryan fraternity for giving me the opportunity to serve in this institution. My journey as a Ryan teacher in Ryan International School, Jalna, has been wonderful and a learning experience. I came into this institution like a tender plant and have flourished into a strong tree. As the motto of the group says Excellence in education and All Round Development , it’s not only true for our students but also for the teachers as well. The teachers here are always guided and motivated to do their best. A span of twenty two years in the group (Xavier and Ryan) has given me a lot more to learn. The 12 vision points of Hon. Chairman sir Dr. Augustine pinto has always kept me enlightened and focused. The treasurable words of Managing Director, Grace Pinto, Forward ever and Backward never has always kept me going, in professional as well as in personal life. The school provides a holistic development to the students and gives them exposure at National and International level, with students participating in NASA programme, INMUN the International Theatre Festival of performing Arts, The Thames cultural Exchange program and many more to name. The students are turned from a caterpillar to a fully grown butterfly to fly and explore the world. The institution has given me numerous opportunities to grow and made me more confident, patient, self-reliant and a challenger to overcome the different challenges .It has also made me grow spiritually. The valuable guidance of the management has molded the teachers to embrace the new changes in the field of education. The teachers are updated with the latest happenings in the education and teach the students accordingly. As it is rightly said Action speaks louder than Words ‘and this is very true with the Ryan institution, the academic excellence in board results and the achievements of students in sports, Art and culture is constantly flashed in the print and electronic media. The school is bestowed with numerous awards and recognition All these Just makes me Say I am very happy to be a part of Ryan fraternity .My best wishes and prayers are always with the institution.
